? Responsible for CNC equipment debugging and programming, equipment maintenance and daily Routine maintenance. 负责CNC的设备调试和编程，设备的维护与日常保养。 ? Co-Responsible for the arrangement of CNC daily production plan, Follow the process to produce the products according to the requirements, ensure the processing efficiency and the qualified rate of product quality, and be responsible for the results of the plan. 负责CNC生产计划的安排，按要求对产品进行加工生产，确保加工效率及产品质量的合格率，对计划结果负责。 ? Resolve all kinds of abnormal situations and machine tool faults during work. 解决工作中的各种异常情况及机床故障。 ? Responsible for quality control and inspection of processed products, and require team members to conduct self-inspection of their processed products. 负责对加工产品进行质量管控与检查，并要求组员对自己加工产品进行自检。 ? Controlling the use of tools (common tools, special forming tools) and tool life of processed products, reducing the rate of tool breakage and defective products according to the rationality of processing procedures and tools, and guaranteeing the qualified rate of product quality. 控制加工的产品所需刀具（常用刀具、特殊成型刀）的使用情况及刀具寿命，按照加工程序与刀具的合理性来降低断刀率、出次品率，保证产品质量的合格率。 ? Implementation of 5S and Safety management. 5S及安全管理执行工作。 ? Other tasks assigned by Superior Leaders. 完成上级领导交待的其他工作任务 任职资格 ? 3+years of professional experience in CNC control type of FANUC and familiar with VCM, lathe with turning, milling and drilling 有至少3年以上法那科系统相关CNC工作经验优先,熟练操作立式加工中心，车，铣，钻等机床。 ? Familiar with the application of procedures and tools; Good quality and self-inspection consciousness 熟悉程序及刀具的运用；具备良好的品质和自检意识 ? Can adapt to work by shifts. Ability to work hard and obey work arrangements. 能适应翻班工作。能吃苦耐劳，服从工作安排. ? Work conscientiously, carefully and steadfastly ? 工作认真、细心、踏实 ? Honesty, trustworthiness, responsibility, objectivity and impartiality ? 诚实守信有责任心，客观公正
